CADE Architectural Resources is a manufacturers' rep agency dedicated to utilizing technical proficiency, resilient work ethic, and unparalleled customer support to provide the highest quality design resources to the architectural and building materials communities in The Bay Area and throughout California and Nevada.

Our Team
E. Earl Carter
President
Leveraging his expertise in acoustics and architectural products, Earl founded CADE in 2015. Earl has a unique combination of manufacturing experience, engineering skills, and work ethic that has allowed him to establish CADE as a pivotal resource for the Bay Area's premier network of owners/developers, architectural designers, contractors, consultants, and engineers. Earl has served multiple tenures as a Guest Lecturer of Acoustics at the United States Telecommunications Training Institute, currently serves on the Board of Directors for San Francisco Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and is a contributing member of AIA, IIDA, CISCA, ASA, and INCE.
Lauren Carter
Vice President
Lauren leads Operations, Finance, & Technology at CADE. After a successful career in tech as a software developer and product manager since 2005, Lauren joined CADE in 2019 to assume responsibility for all internal operations of the business. With her acute technical and design background, Lauren ensures CADE is using the best digital tools, processes, and methods to keep our company efficient and ahead of the competition.
David Compton
Applications Engineer
As CADE’s Applications Engineer, David supports sales, engineering, and project management for all of CADE’s product lines. David has extensive experience collaborating with architects, contractors, consultants, engineers, and owners on commercial construction projects throughout California. With an acute understanding of a wide array of acoustical systems and technical expertise in architecture and engineering, David strengthens CADE’s ability to make product recommendations with integrity.
Tiffani Shields
Business Development Coordinator
Tiffani manages outreach to the Architectural + Design Communities that CADE collaborates with. She coordinates product presentations, arranges industry events, and manages logistics for meetings. Tiffani comes to CADE with 20+ years experience as an Logistics Coordinator and Executive Assistant for a production company in Southern California.
